PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The new generation SMART series of aluminum-module automatic digester is with the advantages of higher digestion efficiency and shorter digestion time. Equipped with new autolifting device and off-gas absorption apparatus, the digester could realize fully automatic operation of the system and is especially suitable for end users who do a lot of sample pre-processing.
APPLICATION SCOPE
- Digestion of the samples of nitrogen and protein.
- COD digestion.
- Digestion of total phosphorus, arsenic, and etc.
- The sample pre-processing for determining heavy metal (lead, copper, zinc, tin, and etc.)
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Digestion temperature and time could be set freely, and reservation function is available.
- From 1 to 99 heating-up stages can be set freely for the easy handling of the most complicated samples.
- Typical sample digestion parameters are built-in in the digestor and can be stored inside.
- Control interface of the automatic lifter is reserved.
- Control interface of the off-gas absorber is reserved.
- Multi parameters setting is functional. In the setting menu of the digestion condition, lifting parameter, and absorption parameter can be set at the same time to realize the system fully automatic operation.
- Over voltage, over current, and over heating protection together ensure the safe operation.
